Quotes
On-site quotes are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are based on the condition of the concrete at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days. If hidden issues are found once grinding begins (for example severe cracking, moisture or previous coatings), we will talk you through the options and cost before continuing.
Scheduling
Install dates are confirmed with you in advance. Because epoxy is temperature and moisture sensitive, dates may shift due to weather. We will let you know as early as possible if that happens.
Site access and preparation
The area needs to be clear of vehicles, furniture and stored items before we arrive, with access to power and water. Cure times must be respected: no foot traffic or vehicles on the floor until we tell you it is ready.
Payment
Pricing is as stated on your written quote — transparent, with no hidden extras. Payment terms are confirmed on your quote and invoice.
10-year warranty
Our flooring systems carry a 10-year warranty covering delamination, peeling and workmanship defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, abrasion beyond normal use, chemical spills outside the system rating, structural movement or slab moisture issues that existed before coating. Contact us and we will inspect any concern.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
